Francesca is the local lady that takes care –very well I must say- of Casale Colline Dolci and its guests. But if you want her to, she is without any doubt more than willing to prepare and serve a genuine, tasty, traditional Italian dinner. Just ask her. We have enjoyed Francesca’s lasagna, her saltimbocca with rosemary potatoes, the chicken in red wine or a delicious tiramisu many times. Yet, there is nothing that comes close to her unbeatable specialty: a local dessert known as “matone”. Truly marvellous.
